BALSAMIC HONEY DRESSING
INGREDIENTS
- 1 T Honey
- 1 T Dijon Mustard
- 3 T Balsamic Vinegar
- Pepper to your taste
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
- Stir honey & mustard in a bowl until they are fully blended
- Drizzle in the balsamic vinegar until dressing is thin enough to pour over salad
- Taste & add more vinegar if necessary
- Add pepper to your taste

CAESAR DRESSING

INGREDIENTS
- 1 C Yogurt (non-fat)
- 1/4 C Olive oil mayo (low-fat)
- 2 Garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1/4 C Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
- 2 t Lemon juice
- 1/4 t Salt
- Ground pepper to your taste
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all ingredients In bowl or container with a lid
- Whisk or shake all ingredients
- Keep refrigerated

INGREDIENTS
- 1 C Olive oil
- 1/2 C Lemon juice
- 1 can Anchovies (3 oz)
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 1 t Worcestershire sauce
- 8 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 t pepper
- Tobasco to taste
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend ingredients
- Keep refrigerated

- 1 C Apple cider vinegar
- 2 t Honey
- 1 t Dijon mustard

- Mix all ingredients In bowl or container with a lid
- Whisk or shake all ingredients
- Keep refrigerated

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 C t Olive oil
- 1/3 C t Lime Juice
- 3 T Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
- 1 1/2 t Cumin (ground)
- 1 t Salt
- 1/8 t Pepper
- 3 Garlic cloves (minced)
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all ingredients In bowl or container with a lid
- Whisk or shake all ingredients
- Keep refrigerated

RANCH DRESSING

INGREDIENTS
- 4 t Olive oil
- 2 t Cider vinegar
- 2 t Sugar substitute
- 1/4 t Marjoram (dried)
- 3/4 C Buttermilk
- 3 T Yogurt (plain non-fat)
- 2 T Mayonaise (fat-free)
- 2 T Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 T Parsley (fresh & minced)
- 1 Garlic clove (minced)
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl combine oil, vinegar, sweetener & marjoram
- Whisk in buttermilk, yogurt & mayonnaise
- Stir in onion, parsley & garlic
- Cover & refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight to thicken
- Whisk before serving
- Serve over salad greens & vegetables
- Refrigerate leftover dressing

RANCH DRESSING
PARVE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 C Mayonaise
- 1 1/2 t Lemon juice
- 7 1/2 T Soy Milk
- 1/2 t Chives (dried)
- 1/2 t Parsley (dried)
- 1/2 t Dill weed (dried)
- 1/4 t Garlic powder
- 1/4 t Onion powder
- 1/8 t Salt
- 1/8 t Black pepper (ground)
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix lemon juice & soy milk
- Let sit for 10 minutes
- In a large bowl whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice & soy milk mixture, chives,
parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper - Cover & refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving

VIDALIA ONION
DRESSING
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Lg Vidalia onion (chopped)
- 1 T Vegetable oil
- ½ C Cider vinegar
- 1 T Honey
- 1 T Lemon juice
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 1 t Salt
- ½ t Pepper
- ¾ C Vegetable Oil
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook onion in 1 T hot oil in a large skillet over low heat
- Stir constantly for 20 minutes or until onion is caramel colored
- Blend or process onion, vinegar & honey, lemon juice, Dijon mustard,
salt & pepper until smooth - Turn blender or processor on high
- Add 3/4 cup oil in a slow, steady stream
