There is research that shows that soy reduces

  • Risk of Breast Cancer by reducing the effect of estrogen on the body especially for young girls
  • Risk of Prostate Cancer
  • PMS & Menopausal symptoms including hot flashes
  • Risk of Osteoporosis and hip fractures in older women
  • Cholesterol especially ‘bad’ (LDL ) Cholesterol
  • Risk of heart disease

Some medical experts caution women against eating too much soy

  • Soy may increase the risk of breast cancer in women by adding high levels of estrogen.
  • There are suggestions that several learning disabilities are the result of high manganese
    levels in soy products during child brain development.

In recent years, there has been research saying
that Asian soy foods are fermented.

Fermentation removes toxins & inhibits
