NO BAKE
CHERRY CHEESECAKE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Graham cracker crust
- 8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
- 1⁄2 C Sugar
- 8 oz Dessert topping (like Cool Whip)
- 19 oz Cherry Pie Fillings (from a can)
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Blend cream cheese & sugar.
- 2. Fold in frozen dessert topping.
- 3. Press into graham cracker crust, spreading cream cheese mix up sides.
- 4. The bottom will be covered & there will be a ring of cream cheese mix about
1inch wide around pie. - 5. Pour cherry pie filling into center.
- 6. Chill at least 3 hours.
