BLEACH SAFETY
WHEN USING BLEACH
- Wear goggles
- Wear gloves & don't touch your face while wearing them
- Keep at least one window open
- After pouring the bleach you need make sure to cover the bleach container right away
- Store bleach out of reach of children
IF YOU THINK THAT
BLEACH GOT IN YOUR EYE (S)
- Immediately get in the shower
- Have the water 'wash out' your eye (s) for 15 minutes
- Try to keep your eye open as much as possible
- Pat lightly with a towel to dry your face
- You should expect that your eye (s) will now ache
- Do not rub your eye (s)
- You may have burned your cornea so call for an eye appointment right away
IF YOU FORGOT TO WEAR GLOVES
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap & water
- Squeeze 1/2 a lemon on your hands
