ENJOY YOUR FOOD
Try to eat this way at least once a day
- Don’t eat on the ‘go’
- Turn off your cell phone & your home phone during meal time
- Sit down at a table to eat
- Even if you’re eating alone make the place setting attractive
- Eat slowly
- Focus on the taste of the food & how much it satisfies you
- Put your fork down & breathe between bites
- Stop eating when you feel full
- Forgive yourself if you leave food on the plate
