- Running in place
- Go up & down stairs
- Move Side to Side
- Squats with your hands on your hips
- Lunges in place with hands on leg going down
- Lie back on an exercise ball & do ab exercises
- Sit on a exercise ball & toss a medicine ball
from one hand to another - Push ups on a mat
Rotate the activities you choose
