RESISTANCE BANDS
- Are made of rubber tubing with a handle attached at each end for gripping
- Are color-coded according to how "resistant" they are
- Usually come with a list of exercises
- Provide a wide range of motion strength & complete muscle stimulation
- Very effective for developing muscle strength & body toning
- Will allow you to squeeze workouts into your busy schedule anywhere & anytime
- You can get a total body workout in about 10-12 minutes without going to a gym
- There are no definite guidelines as to the number of sets, repetitions & amount of resistance that should be used
- The bands can be used individually or combined to vary the resistance
- They don't require their own room in your house or even their own corner
- You can keep them in a drawer or a closet when not in use
