DO NOT ABUSE YOUR NAILS BY
- Biting them
- Using them to open sharp containers
- Trying to clean wax or dirt off your counters

TAKE CARE OF YOUR NAILS
- Before going to sleep, apply a hand moisturizer, petroleum jelly or vegetable oil on your nails & massage them for about 10 minutes
- Do the same for toe nails only use a moisturizing body lotion
- When you wash dishes, take a shower/bath or swim, make sure to either wear gloves OR moisturize with hand moisturizer or vegetable oil as you would at bedtime
