KIDNEY STONES
Kidney stones are hard deposits of minerals
& an accumulation of them in the urine creates problems in passing urine

SYMPTOMS MAY INCLUDE
- Severe Back pain
- Pain in the sides
- Gradual movement of pain in the back to thighs
- Blood in the urine or presence of a foul smell while urinating
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Pain during the passage of urine
- Fever
- Presence of an infection in the urinary tract
- A persistent feeling to urinate or frequent urination
After you have had kidney stones, you are likely to have them again
You can help prevent them by drinking more fluids & eating the right foods

- Apples (Raw is best with peel on)
