- Is your balance off?
- Do you slump to 1 side?
- Have you lost strength on one side of your body?

- Is your speech slurred?

- Does it sound as if you have something in your mouth when you try to speak?

REACH
- Is 1 side weak or numb?
- Can you raise both arms together?
- Does 1 arm start to fall down?
- Can you squeeze someone's fingers with each hand?
- Is 1 hand weaker than the other?
- Can you feel someone touch your arm?

SEE
- Is your vision all or partly lost?
- Is your vision blurry?
- Do you see double?
- Can you see the whole room?

FEEL
- Do you have a severe headache?
- Is this the worst headache you ever had?
- Does light bother or hurt your eyes?
If you have any of these symptoms,
call 911 immediately
