2 WAYS TO MAKE GUACAMOLE
EASIER RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Avocados (Haas) (ripe)
- 3 T Lemon juice (1 lemon) ( freshly squeezed)
- 8 Hot pepper sauce (dashes )
- 1/2 C Onion (red) (1 small onion)
- 1 Garlic (clove) (large) (minced)
- 1 t Kosher salt
- 1 t Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 Tomato (medium) (seeded) (small) (diced)
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Cut the avocados in 1/2, remove the pits & scoop the flesh out of their shells into a
large bowl. - 2. Immediately add the lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, onion, garlic, salt & pepper &
toss well. - 3. Using a sharp knife, slice through the avocados in the bowl until they are finely diced.
- 4. Add the tomatoes.
- 5. Mix well & taste for salt & pepper.

ANOTHER RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Haas avocados (halved) (seeded) (peeled)
- 1 Lime (juiced)
- 1/2 t Kosher salt
- 1/2 t Cumin (ground)
- 1/2 t Cayenne
- 1/2 Onion (medium) (diced)
- 1/2 Jalapeno pepper(seeded) (minced)
- 2 Roma tomatoes (seeded) (diced)
- 1 T Cilanto (chopped)
- 1 Garlic (clove) (minced)
DIRECTIONS
- 1. In a large bowl place the scooped avocado pulp & lime juice, toss to coat.
- 2. Drain & reserve the lime juice, after all of the avocados have been coated.
- 3. Using a masher add the salt, cumin & cayenne & mash.
- 4. Then, fold in the onions, tomatoes, cilantro & garlic.
- 5. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour & then serve.
