This beginning bracha has 4 choices
for the first sentence
depending on what you've eaten
Choice # 1
After eating food prepared from wheat, barley, rye, oats & spelt
that is not bread & without wine
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יי אֱלֹהֵנּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם
עַל הַמִּחְיָה וְעַל הַכַּלְכָּלָה
Choice # 2
After eating food prepared from
wheat, barley, rye, oats & spelt
that is not bread with wine
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יי אֱלֹהֵנּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם
עַל הַמִּחְיָה וְעַל הַכַּלְכָּלָה
וְעַל הַגֶפֶן וְעַל פְּרִי הַגֶּפֶן
Choice # 3
After wine
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יי אֱלֹהֵנּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם
עַל הַגֶפֶן וְעַל פְּרִי הַגֶּפֶן
Choice # 4
After eating grapes, figs, pomegranates, olives or dates
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יי אֱלֹהֵנּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם
עַל הָעֵץ וְעַל פְּרִי הָעֵץ

This paragraph is said
following all of the above choices
וְעַל תְּנוּבַת הַשָּׂדֶה וְעַל אֶרֶץ חֶמְדָּה טוֹבָה וּרְחָבָה
שֶׁרָצִיתָ וְהִנְחַלְתָּ לַאֲבוֹתֵינוּ לֶאֱכוֹל מִפִּרְיָהּ וְלִשְׂבּוֹעַ מִטּוּבָהּ
רַחֶם נָא יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ עַל יִשְׂרָאֵל עַמֶּך וְעַל יְרוּשָׁלַיִם עִירֶך
וְעַל צִיּוֹן מִשְׁכַּן כְּבוֹדֶךָ וְעַל מִזְבַּחֲךָ וְעַל הֵיכָלֶך
וּבְנֵה יְרוּשָׁלַיִם עִיר הַקֹּדֶשׁ בִּמְהֵרָה בְיָמֵינו
וְהַעֲלֵנוּ לְתוֹכָהּ, וְשַׂמְּחֵנוּ בְּבִנְיָנָהּ
וְנֹאכַל מִפִּרְיָהּ וְנִשְׂבַּע מִטּוּבָהּ
וּנְבָרֶכְךָ עָלֶיהָ בִּקְדֻשָּׁה וּבְטָהֳרָה

וְעַל הַמִּחְיָה וְעַל פְּרִי הַגָּפֶן.
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ, עַל הָאָרֶץ וְעַל פְּרִי הַגָּפֶן
Choice # 3
After wine
וְעַל פְּרִי הַגָּפֶן.
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ, עַל הָאָרֶץ וְעַל פְּרִי הַגָּפֶן
Choice # 4
After eating
