HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY
AVACADO & EGG WHITES
If you want to have this for lunch every day of the week
then you have to know how to make it.
For 7 days of the week
First thing you do with the Eggs
- 1. Take a large pot & carefully add 24 eggs with shells
- 2. Add water to cover all of them & put your burner on high.
- 3. When it starts bubbling, check your clock so you’ll remember when it’s time to turn off
your burner (20 minutes). - 4. Use a colander to get rid of the hot water & replace the egg shells back in the pot & add
a lot of ice cubes & cold water.
Next thing you do with the Eggs
- 1. When you are sure the egg shells are cold, place a wide towel on your counter.
- 2. Place a large cup of cold water close to where you’ll be working & a medium container
that you can place the yellow balls that are inside the egg whites. - 3. So you take each egg & cut them in ½.
- 4. Take out the egg yolks & put them in the container
- 5. Place the whites in the water to take the yellow color out of them
- 6. Then place the whites on the towel.
- 7. Continue doing this until all of them are on the towel.
- 8. Place another towel over the egg whites so they dry.
- 9. Let them sit for at least ½ an hour while you’re doing something else.
- 10. Take out your processor & process the whites & put them in a bowl & let them sit in
your refrigerator.
Next thing you do is prepare the Avocados & Eggs Mix
- Depending on how much you will want to eat each day, you’ll need at least 7 –10 Avocados.
- Sometimes, I buy more because even though I buy them at least 4 days before I’m going
to make them, some may not end up perfect.
- 1. Slice each Avocado in half & take out the dark piece in the middle.
- 2. Take 2 halves of Avocado & chop them into really small pieces & place them in a large
bowl. - 3. Continue doing this until they’re all in the bowl.
- 4. Add Garlic & Pink Salt & mix the Avacados.
- 5. Take out your egg white bowl & add it to the Avacado bowl.
- 6. You’ll need to mix it so that it looks mixed together well.
- 7. Take 2 sizes of plastic wrap & put them near the bowl.
- 8. Use a plastic container & put 1 of the plastic wraps at the bottom of your container &
make sure it reaches the sides. - 9. Add your Egg & Avacado mix & have the top of the container touching the sides evenly.
- 10. Add the 2nd piece of plastic wrap to cover the mix making sure that your sides are
covered well. - 11. Put a cover on the container & refrigerate it.

Of course, you can double or triple what I do
if you want some of you family members to have this often.
