BREAKFAST
Every day except Shabbas & days we have to fast
- 1/4 C Oatmeal
- Pink Salt (just a little)
- Cinnamon (2-3 shakes)
- 1/4 C Walnuts (processed)
- 12 Blackberries Or Blueberrys Or Strawberries
- 2 T Flax Seed
- 1/4 t Apple Butter
- 1/2 C Water
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Place all the ingredients starting from the top ingredient to the bottom ingredient in
a pot. - 2. When everything is in the pot, mix it up & make sure whatever you're mixing with will
be 'clean'. - 3.Turn your stove top to the lowest temperature.
- 4. Your breakfast will be ready in 10 minutes.
NOTE
Carbs, Sugar & Fiber
Strawberries contain fewer carbs & sugar than blueberries.
However, but blueberries have more fiber.

LUNCH
Every day including Shabbas & days we have to fast
- 1 Hillary - Root Vegie Burger (found at Whole Foods) of course Hillary makes many
other choices. - 1 Dr. Praeger - Kale Burger
(found at Sprouts) of course Dr. Praeger makes many
other choices. - 1 small Dr. Praeger - Spinach Burger (small) OR Broccoli Burger (small) (found at Sprouts)
- Avacado & Egg whites (page 2 will have the recipe)
DIRECTIONS
- 1. The large Burgers & small burgers can be warmed up on a pot with a cover on your stove
top or heated in your microwave. - 2. You've already made your Avacado & Egg Whites so you just place the amount you want
in a small bowl.

DINNER
Salad
- Romaine Lettuce
- Shredded Broccoli Sprouts (Whole Foods)
- Shredded or sliced carrots
- Shredded Red Cabbage (comes in a package)
- Hearts of Palm
- Baby Arugula
- Small cut tomatoes
- Use Tessame Salad Dressing like Organic Lemon Garlic which is Sugar Free & no Carbs.
Main Dishes
- Salmon - Sockeye not Atlantic Salmon
- Medium size piece
- Add some seasoning like Chives, etc.
- For Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday night dinners
- Turkey
- Empire Kosher Natural Ground White Turkey 93% lean, 7% Fat - no added Growth
Hormones & no Anti-Biotics (Trader Joes). - For Monday, Wednesday & Friday night dinners\
Chicken - Chicken Breast
Cooked Side Dish - Quinoa with some additions like Kale, Spinach & Mushrooms
- Desert
- It depends on the time of the year.
- In the fall & the spring 1/2 of a peeled Apple
- In the early sumer & late summer 12 Cherries
- And if you didn't have a Banana for breakfast, you can have one at dinner.
