HOW TO AVOID JET LAG
Difficulty falling asleep at night is the most serious symptom of Jet Lag

- Helps you fall asleep quicker
- May help decrease the number of times you wake up during the night

- Ask the pharmacist which brand is recommended
HOW TO USE MELATONIN
- If you are taking the liquid do not use a spoon instead of a medicine measuring cup
- If you're taking the extended tabs do not split them in half unless they have a line dividing
the tab - Do not crush or chew the extended tabs instead of swallowing them whole like a pill
- You should be in a sleeping position in a dark room or wear a sleep mask
- Take it every night for the first 3 nights after you arrive at your destination
- Follow the same procedure when you return home
